All,
We are coming down to the wire and entering our last full week of the build season. The robot ships in 9 days, which leaves us with a ton of work to do. We are going to be meeting every day at 6pm – 9:30pm. Please come prepared to work, as every second is critical at this point.
See you tomorrow

Tonight’s meeting 2/10/10 is still on, but if you or your parents have any doubts about the roads please stay home. Use your best judgment.
With another 2 days free of school you all should be nice and rested, as well as caught up on all your school work. Over the next week we will be choosing the drivers for the competition so if you are interested in being on the drive team (driver, operator, or Human player) please let me know before the end of Saturday. Also remember to check the team handbook for the requirements for these positions.

No school and bad weather mean no meeting tonight (monday 8th). We will be meeting Tuesday at the normal time assuming the weather is fine.

All,
To make up time lost from bad weather and to ensure we finish the robot on time we have to add meetings. We encourage everyone to come as much as you can but realize that people have other commitments.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday from 9am to 6pm
Also please let Ms. Stone know if you are not planning on going to the regional event March 18th- 20th as we are trying to finalize our arrangements for hotels and travel.

All,
it is time to play catchup. We are more than half way through build season and still have quite alot to do. Since you all are rested from your 5 day break from school it is time to get back to work.
As always if your parents have any doubts about road conditions please stay home. But the train has to keep moving on as ship date will not be extended.

After much thought and checking the roads today they are still bad and don’t expect to get better until tomorrow when it warms up some. For that reason the meeting today is canceled.
We will be starting to add a few extra meetings during the last few weeks of the build season to play catch up. See you all Tuesday night. Please spread the word to others on the team.

All,
we are pushing back the start time of the meeting until noon to allow the roads to clear from the mess that we are getting today. We are going to continue to monitor the weather and may make the call to cancel the meeting completely if things don’t seem to be clearing. Please keep checking the website for the most up to date information and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call.

All,
because of the upcoming weather tonight’s meeting is optional. The weather is supposed to start tonight sometime after 6pm (likely while the meeting is going on) . Since we are in the middle of build season there is going to be a meeting but it is at your parent’s discretion if you should attend. We want everyone to be safe and would rather people stay home if they have any doubts.
We will be meeting on Saturday.
