Wensday: Regular meeting 6pm till 9pm
Thursday: Invite only meeting (you will be directly asked to be there based on jobs assigned)
Friday: no meeting
Saturday: Invite only meeting (you will be directly asked to be there based on jobs assigned)
The reason for invite only meetings is that it will only be Mrs. Stone there and the things that are going to be worked on have been assigned. There are lots of things to do but we need people on task and not just showing up to hang out. If you think you should be there for those meetings please see the paragraph below.
Invites: if you are on the drive team, Presentation team, or leading scouting consider yourself invited. If you would like to come and have an exact plan of what you are going to be working on than please see myself (Greg) Prior to wed.

*Monday 6pm – 8:30 – Working on arm, and intake. Awards team meeting to outline book and presentation
*Tuesday 6pm- 8:30 – Driver practice** Continue with mechanical systems and awards
*Wednesday – No meeting.
*Thursday 6pm – 8:30 – Driver practice** Continue with mechanical systems and awards and Scouting review
*Friday – No meeting
*Saturday – 9am – 6pm – Driver practice, Awards initial draft presentation due, Scouting happening live (watch events). Strategy guide started. Finish buttons and any mechanical systems.
*Sunday – no meeting, possible driver practice only.
If you are a lead in any group and can not make a meeting you need to let me (greg) know.

All,
we are meeting tomorrow (saturday) for a regular meeting 9am – 5pmish. The rest of the meeting schedule until the regional will be decided tomorrow based on our task list. Since every meeting is critical please make sure to let someone know if you are not going to be there AND have a specific task you are working on.

we are very close to finishing. We will be meeting sunday at 12pm for anyone who is available to come.
Also please make sure to communicate your t-shirt sizes this week.
We will be meeting monday and tuesday to finishe the main robot and every day next week to ensure the practice bot is also finished and starting to drive.
The drive team selections have been made and will be communicated at the site.
